In addition to the treatment of distress, Creative
Reminiscence & Psychotherapy is dedicated to prevention of psychological
suffering. In a series of 45-minute psychotherapy sessions, you will explore
patterns that have been self-defeating, as well as those that have been
beneficial. Through reflection, you will come to recognize your unique
strengths. The emphasis is on well-being, creativity, and happiness rather than
merely helping people survive. This reorientation of psychotherapy fosters
strengths rather than weaknesses. Learn to flourish and be creative.
