The Process

The first step in this process may be the treatment of psychological suffering. Do you experience fear, anxiety, poor appetite, inability to sleep or make decisions? Is there something from your past that just won’t stop nagging you? Is it ever difficult to get started in the mornings? Is your marriage in trouble? Do you feel inadequate or that you have failed yourself or others? Do you ever feel trapped or alone and misunderstood? Is your job a constant stress? Does anger interfere at home or work? Do you wish it were easier to just say “no”?
